How to Meditate 9

Meditation Completion
Enjoy being totally relaxed.
When you are ready to finish, say “I feel totally refreshed, light and invigorated.”
When you get up, stomp your feet on the ground. Feel the bottoms of your feet touching the ground. Feel your body and breathe deep. If you have been in a group setting, take your hands and do a sweeping cleanse over your body.
Get a drink of water and bless it with sun light and anything that seems appropriate.
Bring yourself to this present moment by walking around looking at everything and feeling your body.
Does everything look brighter and more alive? Congratulations, you did it. Now continue to stay in this meditative state of presence.
