God, Christ, the universal energy works through us. Healing is between you and God (or whatever name you use). You and your body have the healing wisdom. I am just a conduit listening to you and God, sharing what I hear. I teach you how to hear yourself more clearly. Even then, an outer perspective is useful to know blind spots and to learn how to receive love.
The BodyScan energetically reads your body. You may use the information to decide what you want to do for yourself. All of us have to listen and follow our hearts.
